Common Scenarios that require planning

  • You or someone close is disabled or diagnosed with a condition that could lead to disability.
  • You or someone close is over 55 in order to create an estate plan.
  • You or someone close is (or at one time was) a beneficiary in a will or trust and your inheritance was affected in a way that seems fishy.
  • You or someone close is about to enter the nursing home or is already there and have not performed appropriate Medicaid Planning. This scenario is what we consider a "Medicaid Emergency" and a lot can go wrong without proper guidance. Many people INCORRECTLY ASSUME THEY WILL LOSE MOST OR ALL OF THEIR ASSETS "spending down" while paying for nursing care. WITH OUR HELP THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. Time however, is of the essence when faced with a Medicaid Emergency.
